The Afternoon's Sunny Summer Event No.1 had readers' Kids inking their chocolate and eating it too!

Eyeing the goodies on their tables,the children watched Zeba demonstrate the art of making the most delicious chocolate rocks with walnuts and marshmaliows.Diving into a frenzy of activity shortly after,the batch of youngsters had a blast as they mixed, moulded,painted and nibbled their chocolate concoctions.

Zeba said,''I really enjoy working with children. And this session was particularly enjoyable as we had a great balance of education and fun.

It was a round up of the usual suspects (and then some ) at Olive in Bandra last evening where Zeba Kohli had organized an evening of chocolate a la carte. Everything around you was chocolate (in all its various hues and types )--right from the chocolate hats and the edible chocolate paints to paint on a canvas at the entrance to the sea theme table arrangements.Even the few palm trees in the courtyard had strings of chocolate hanging from them.

She’s also responsible fro bringing fresh and creamy LINDT and Sprungli chocolates into our homes, at affordable prices.
Her latest ventures are a mobile chocolate workshop for school kids and chocolate body painting, which is the hottest buzz with the fusionists today.

THERE is no denying that it is easier to take over an existing family business rather than starting one on your own . That is exactly what Zeba Kohli has done. She took a fledging enterprise and nurtured it into a sound one. Rightly then she has been called the Don of the Chocolate world. “Awareness and selling chocolates are two different things. There is so much people want to know about chocolates and I try to address these issues through my workshops”. As for the future, I planning to professionals the classes and launch a book on chocolates from all over the world. While doing all this, her motto stays simple : Make achievable goals and work very hard to get them.

IF my memory serves me correctly, the last time Pooja Bedi and Zeba Kohli collaborated on a project, body Bedi ended up sporting a yummy looking chocolate rose tattoo on her arm.
This time around, Zeba will create artistic masterpieces out of fine chocolate slabs, with Pooja comparing the event. To be held at TGI Friday, Kalaghoda. on February 9, this should be one delicious evening.

As managing director and director of various enterprises, her activities range from overseeing the indian retail operations of Swiss chocolates LINDT and SPRUNGLI, to providing catering and banqueting facilities. She has also developed her own line of chocolates. Chocoholics undoubtedly give thanks for her existence!

The night in question was an a al carte chocolate fiesta at olive Bar and Kitchen in Bandra .Zeba Mitha Kohli's decede-long love affair with chocolates manifested itself at the restobar on Thursday,where the usually pristine white interiors were magically redon a gooey chocolate.But this is chocolate night, so the guys get high on the cocoa rather than babes! Dipping their brushes and trying out a mini-holi, grabbing chocolate medallions, slurping on chocolate fondues, dowing chocolate shots - they tried it all.

The multi-linguist ( she's fluent in German, French, Marathi, and of course, English and Hindi, ) is also the woman behind Fantasie Chocolates, a brand of premium confectionaries.Zeba's been to chocolate schools (why ever did the rest of us not attend such a school! ) in Switzerland and Singapore.

Seeing Zeba, also the Indian representative of Lindt, join Chef Bucher as he enjoys some of his own creations, one can't help but ask her as well how much chocolate she has everyday. "100 grams and no less," she replies without batting an eye-lid.
